We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team at Billtech Solutions Inc. This is an on-site position, and we are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and knowledge to our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and process medical billing claims for various healthcare services.
• Verify insurance information, patient demographics, and other billing-related data.
• Utilize coding systems (e.g., CPT, ICD-10) to ensure proper claim submission and reimbursement.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal staff to resolve billing issues.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns related to medical billing in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

The Biller must have a Chiropractic Experience:

• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a Medical Biller in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Thorough understanding of medical coding procedures (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and reimbursement guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, insurance companies, colleagues, and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and claim processing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on-site.
